FAQ

Audit questions, answered

A measurement (or tracking) audit is a structured review of how your conversions are tracked across ad platforms, analytics, and CRM. We map the full signal path to find what is broken, duplicated, missing, or misaligned, and show you which numbers you can trust.

Common signs include ad platforms reporting more conversions than you actually sold, GA4 numbers that never match your ad accounts, cost per conversion spiking with no strategy change, and your CRM disagreeing with platform reports. If any of these sound familiar, your setup is worth reviewing.

They use different attribution models, attribution windows, and de-duplication logic, and they measure conversions at different points. Some difference is normal, but large, unexplained gaps usually point to a tracking issue. An audit tells you which is which.

CAPI (Conversions API) is server-side conversion tracking. Instead of relying only on a browser pixel, your server sends conversion events directly to platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. Done correctly, it recovers signal lost to browser restrictions, cookie loss, and privacy changes.

In most cases, yes. Browser pixels increasingly miss conversions due to iOS restrictions, ad blockers, and cookie loss. CAPI complements the pixel with a more reliable server-side signal, but only if it's implemented with correct event IDs and deduplication, otherwise it can double-count.

Directly. Inflated or duplicated conversions overstate ROAS and push budget toward channels that look better than they are. Missing conversions understate ROAS and starve channels that actually work. Either way, bad tracking leads to bad budget decisions.

Most Measurement Health Audits are completed within one to two weeks of getting access, depending on the number of platforms and the complexity of your setup. You'll receive a documented findings report and a walkthrough call.
